The Chairman of AEK Betsson BC, Makis Angelopoulos, conveyed his excitement regarding the partnership, indicating it initiates a promising phase for the club. He emphasized that both entities will collaborate to attain even more remarkable achievements. Angelopoulos also recognized Betsson’s continuous backing, which has played a role in the team’s triumphs.

This strategic move coincides with Betsson’s proactive expansion across Europe. They recently entered the French market and solidified their collaboration with Pragmatic Play to provide live casino offerings. Furthermore, Betsson announced a robust second quarter in 2023, with revenue experiencing a 27% surge, reaching €236.8 million.

Betssons income experienced a robust surge of 29% during the initial six months of 2023, contrasted with the corresponding timeframe in the preceding year. This positive trend occurred despite certain variations observed in the quantity of engaged participants.
