Her remarkable history of directing and overseeing financial matters for more than twenty years, encompassing regulated enterprises, governmental bodies, and charitable organizations, makes her an indispensable addition to the firm.

Ms. Harris possesses a wealth of knowledge from her prior position as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of MIB Group Holdings. Her proficiency will be crucial as Bally’s navigates the process of securing critical permits, a responsibility entrusted to a newly established committee under Ms. Harris’s supervision.

Her current positions on the boards of publicly traded 1847 Holdings LLC and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, coupled with her role as a trustee for the District of Columbia Retirement Board, underscore her profound comprehension of intricate organizations.

This news follows the recent designation of Kim Barker Lee as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Ballys Corporation. Mrs. Li will lead both the legal and public relations departments at her latest position. Her efforts will bolster the organization’s global strategic goals.

Previously, she held a position at International Game Technology (IGT). There, she made history as the gaming tech leader’s inaugural Global Diversity and Inclusion Vice President.
