Noble Entertainment has designated Anne Tucker as its latest Corporate Secretary, succeeding Christie Joe.

Having joined the gaming powerhouse in October 2021, Tucker will assume the position shortly, having already secured the required regulatory green lights. Currently serving as the Group Vice President of Legal, she will take on additional responsibilities for stock exchange communications alongside her existing portfolio.

“The Board expresses gratitude to Ms. Joe for her service to the organization and extends congratulations to Ms. Tucker on her new role,” Noble Entertainment stated.

This appointment represents the most recent in a string of notable personnel shifts within the firm, following the naming of Matthew Primmer as Chief Product Officer (CPO) last week. Primmer contributes over two decades of expertise within the gaming sector, encompassing nearly a decade at Noble Entertainment.

He will report directly to Noble Entertainment CEO and Managing Director Trevor Croker.

Separately, Noble Entertainment successfully penetrated the Quebec Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) gaming market in late January, with the rollout of equipment and games projected to commence by early summer 2024.

The firm experienced a remarkable 2023, surpassing fiscal projections in all areas. Income, earnings, and EBITDA each witnessed substantial increases. Capitalizing on this progress, ambitious targets are in place for an even more prosperous 2024.
